Terms of Use

Definition: The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “SciGen” are used to refer to SciGen Pte. Ltd. and its related corporations (within the meaning given in the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore). 

Acceptance of Contract Terms      
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and us. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site (“Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

International Users      
This Site can be accessed from countries around the world and may contain references to our products and services, that are not available in your country. These references do not imply that we intend to announce such products, or services in your country. This Site is controlled and operated by us from our offices in Singapore. We make no representation that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Use Restrictions      
As a condition of your use of this Site, you will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, accounts, systems or networks connected through hacking, password mining or any other means.

Governing Law      
This Site (excluding linked sites, if any) is controlled by us from our offices in Singapore. By accessing this Site, you agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of Singapore, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.

Language     
It is the express wish of the parties that the Terms of Use and all related documents have been drawn up in English. 

General      
The Terms of Use and other rules, guidelines, licenses, and disclaimers posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement with respect to your use of this Site. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Use, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by us to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms of Use or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles used in the Terms of Use are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.
