Encourage enhanced performance
The Chairman of SciGen has the responsibility of reviewing the performance of each director.
The CEO is assessed annually and the remuneration committee makes certain recommendations regarding salary adjustments. The CEO undertakes an annual review (using a structured system) of his direct reports.
Each year, budgets provide for training and education of staff, both internally and externally.
