Respect the rights of shareholders
SciGen has developed a website that contains sections dealing specifically with investor information. All ASX and other announcements are published on the website at the time of their release into the public domain.
Shareholders can also email the company and receive updates or answers to specific questions where appropriate.
In terms of external audit, a formal invitation has been extended by the Board to the Audit Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers to attend SciGen's annual general meeting and through the Chairman will be available to answer questions relating to the conduct of the audit.
